At Moon Bike, we want your experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as the ride itself. That’s why we’re proud to offer free shipping on all orders — no minimums, no hidden fees.
This Shipping Policy outlines how and when you’ll receive your order, as well as what to expect during transit.
1. Free Shipping – No Minimum Required
We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the continental United States. Whether you're ordering a high-performance e-bike or a small accessory, you’ll never pay extra for shipping.
2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays)

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped

Processing time may be extended during peak seasons or promotional events, but we’ll always keep you informed
3. Shipping Timeframes
We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the item size, destination, and service availability.

Rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times
Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses are out of our control.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
If you do not receive your tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at MoonBike@gmail.com.
5. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to:

All 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii)

We do not ship to U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time
If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please contact us for possible shipping options.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly — including replacing or refunding the affected item(s).
If your tracking number shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it:

First, check with neighbors, your building office, or mailbox service

Then contact us at MoonBike@gmail.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier
7. Shipping During Holidays & Peak Seasons
Please allow extra time for delivery during holidays, sales events, or peak shipping periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas). We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.
